How can i build a cooler from my refrigerator?

I'm building a highland chamber which is 4 feet tall, 5 feet long and 2 feet width. The main thing is to make it cool until about 15 Celsius so that i can grow Highland nepenthes. Enough details, I just want to know how to build a cooler which will get 15 celsius from a refrigerator. Thanx!
