Swamp cooler or evaporative cooler, what can you tell me about them? I have lived with ac all my life, and now I have a swamp cooler. I turned it on last night and it did not seem to cool things down much.What am I doing wrong? I turned on the fan, and the water...it was not humid outside, so it should work, right?
